Damn. A friend died. Went to Florida for a memorial for an old band mate and did his once in a blue moon heroin high. OD'd and died in his AirBNB.
Dude! I'm sorry. Did he have a wife and kids?

What a shitty way to die!

Florida heroin is awash in a mix of Fentanyl and Mexican brown. That's what killed homeboy Sean. Fucking sad and infuriating.

He had a wife and two boys, age 15 and 18.

This was his second wife. His first wife, the mother of his kids, was one of my best friends in high school.

There were only three kids my parents ever said maybe I shouldn't hang out with: Jimmy, Jason, and Chad. Jimmy is in long term psychiatric care. Jason died of a heroin overdose. Very curious now what happened to Chad, the asshole kid from next door.

In more positive news, we got our house next level clean over the weekend. I'm talking showers, toilets, closets, floors, windows. It's nice here now. Really improves a person's outlook.

Designed to Deceive: Do These People Look Real to You?
There are now businesses that sell fake people. On the website Generated.Photos, you can buy a “unique, worry-free” fake person for $2.99, or 1,000 people for $1,000. If you just need a couple of fake people — for characters in a video game, or to make your company website appear more diverse — you can get their photos for free on ThisPersonDoesNotExist.com.

With those prices, we can't afford NOT to buy fake people.

Two of the people T____was in the office with until 11/13 (when they went WFH) tested positive. Tests are so hard to get right now (bc of all of the dinks being "safe" before attending big Thanksgiving dinners) that we are going to have to opt not to test her. She's not showing any symptoms though and it's been a while

    Here's a cornucopia of PMAs for y'all.

Couldn't swallow it. Set up a test for a week from today just to be safe.

Tilda doesn't do poultry, so we're making beef wellington. That and, as ever, wine and streaming television.

    You and yours?

Trump has pardoned Michael Flynn. I, for one, am very, very surprised! 8-|

I'm sorry, but this is really fucked up: U.S. Supreme Court rules against limits on religious services in NYC virus hot spots

You now have the highest court in your country overruling perfectly sensible medical decisions in the name of religious freedom! From now on, in the US, the needs of a stupid superstition have become more important than the health of millions. 8-|

I, for one, wouldn’t be caught dead in a church.
