My mom is still in town and MY WIFE IS BACK Y'ALL. Going to dinner at the new place Tilda works, then just zoning the fuck out. Probably finish the book I've been reading for uh, 3 months.
We're headed up to Philly to see Aaron play with the Regional Youth Orchestra. Kinda of a big deal. No string players from his school (which has a pretty good music program) have made it this far in a decade.
He's essentially made it to the Final Four. In his Sophomore year!
Yesterday, I found out that my mom's dad aka "Papa George," who I never had much interaction with to have a strong opinion on either way, was a freaking engineer who designed and made all of his own stuff, including furniture and even his own cooking knives.
I'd only ever thought of him as a semi-disabled old man slathered in Dippity Do and permanently attached to a recliner.

Maybe Trump could lean on his past experience to create some kind of Single Nonpayer health plan where the government agrees to pay healthcare providers but then doesn't.

"You wanna go get some lunch?"
