My coworker just had a full blown seizure at her desk.

I've gone through a couple with S_____ so I knew what to do and expect.. I'm not the "cool head in an emergency guy" but I was in this case. So, meh, I'm good for something.

    Glad you were there!

A good friend's youngest boy was just diagnosed epileptic. They're... having some challenges. I hope people nearby are kind and able to help as needed.

    For Dan:

This is kind of pop culture for our generation and I didn’t even realize it. Must be high

I’ve got more pop culture but I have to use quotation marks and type a few sentences Bruce Pavitt from Sub Pop said about the Grifters in this book I just finished. So in a bit I will type it

She has good tone. I would think it would be hard to play all by yourself with everyone looking at you? I’m not a musician though, hell I couldn’t get on the stage

    It's just tedious.
Yep, that's basically it. The most tedious exams to grade are those that are half-assed, when the answers are not totally right nor totally wrong. Then I'm like, uh, how do I do this?

I wish the kids would either go full-ass or not at all.

I'm going to shoot my load early because I'm ready for this week to end. Anybody got HOTTTTT weekend plans?

Friday night, we're going to shoot the final Halloween pinup shot.

Saturday, I'm going up to Pennsylvania to see A____ compete with his marching band. They are kind of incredible. Not like how it was when I was a tot.

Sunday, we're going to see the director's cut of "Little Shop of Horrors". If you haven't read anything about it, the ending is significantly different.

Little S.'s birthday was yesterday. We did a small birthday party with the family. We'll be spending most of saturday and sunday morning preparing her "real" birthday party, you know, the one with her friends, which will take place sunday afternoon.

Sunday we're having a party at my house for all the Scorpios' birthdays.

    MOTHERFUCKING VILLAINS!

Wish I could see that. Villains shows were a good time. Didn't you guys used to do a Chris Bell cover?

Yesterday, we watched the Doc Who episode were a rich american asshole captures the last Dalek alive. Of course, the dalek does a bit of the old "exterminate" routine. The part that made me laugh: the dalek downloads the entire internet. The Doc goes "now he knows everything!" I'm like "oh noes, now he knows everything about porn, cute animal videos, fallacious reasoning and clickbait!"

Bob Dylan? The Byrds covered it in Sweetheart of the Rodeo.

We already binged Stranger Things 2. Starts slow, but the second half is a barnburner.
Andrew Stanton (of Pixar fame) directed a few episodes.

Took the boys to see IT on Saturday.

    My two big gripes are:

It was two solid hours of "omg why the fuck would you break away from the group to investigate that spooky noise in the dark cellar?!" It got infuriating after a while.

I'm not sure how much of my second gripe is really their fault, but they are going after the 80's misfits thing, and Stranger Things had already used up most of that oxygen.

I'm looking forward to seeing the new Thor this weekend, which looks like a fun movie.
